The investor packs are the only purchases you can make more than once. They're there if you'd rather not start over after a bad run.
Why no ads
Ads are designed to interrupt you, and a management game is about thinking a decision through. Hotel Director is turn-based, so you can take as long as you like over each week. An ad between turns would undo the point.
There's no tracking either. No accounts, no analytics, and your saves stay on your phone. The game never needs the internet.

Yes. London alone takes you from your first leased hotel in Stratford to a group worth tens of millions with hotels in Mayfair and Knightsbridge.
