Bakery Director is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. It does not have accounts, does not connect to any server of ours, and does not contain any analytics, advertising or tracking software.
We do not collect any personal data from you. None at all.
The rest of this policy explains what that means in practice.
Who we are
Bakery Director is made and published by Sports Stats Limited ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@sports-stats.org.
Information we collect
None. We have no servers, no database, no account system and no way of identifying you. We do not know that you have installed the game, how long you play, what you do while playing, or whether you have stopped.
The app contains no third-party software development kits for analytics, attribution, crash reporting, advertising or social media. In the Google Play Data safety form, Bakery Director declares that it collects no data and shares no data.
Information stored on your device
The game keeps your progress locally, in the app's own private storage on your device:
- Save games. Up to three bakeries, each saved in the app's preferences. They contain only game state: your bakery's name, recipes, stock, staff, shops, money and progress.
- Purchases you own. A list of which in-app purchases your Google account owns, so the game can unlock them when you play without an internet connection. Google Play remains the record of what you own.
This data never leaves your device through us. Uninstalling the app deletes it from the device. We cannot access, retrieve or restore it.
Device backups
If Backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include your saves and settings in that backup, and may copy them when you move to a new phone, in the same way as data from any other app. That backup is held in your own Google account and is governed by Google's privacy policy, not this one. We have no access to it. You can remove it from your Google account at any time.
In-app purchases
Bakery Director offers optional in-app purchases. They are processed entirely by Google through Google Play. When you make a purchase:
- Google handles the transaction, payment and receipt.
- We never see your name, payment card, billing address or Google account details.
- The app receives only a confirmation from Google Play Billing that a purchase of a given product completed, which it uses to unlock that content.
Google's handling of your purchase is covered by Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Tracking and advertising
Bakery Director contains no advertising and does no tracking. It does not use the Android advertising ID, does no device fingerprinting, and shares nothing with data brokers or advertising networks.
Children
Bakery Director is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing we could knowingly or unknowingly collect from a child under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).
Parents can require approval or a password for every purchase in the Google Play Store app (Settings → Authentication → Require authentication for purchases), or manage a child's purchases with Google Family Link.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act give you rights to access, correct, delete and export the personal data a company holds about you, and to object to its sale.
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, delete or export, and nothing that could be sold. We have never sold or shared personal data, because we have never had any. If you would like this confirmed in writing, email info@sports-stats.org and we will confirm it.
Your save data is yours and sits on your device. You can delete it at any time by deleting a bakery in the game or by uninstalling the app.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game does anything differently, such as online leaderboards, cloud saves or crash reporting, we will update this policy before that version is released, change the date at the top, and describe what changed. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
