Find the bottleneck
Every pizzeria is held back by something: the ovens, the kitchen staff, the counter, the seats, the riders or plain demand. The Kitchen tab shows which one cost you orders last week and prices every fix.
Grow across New York
Fourteen districts in four zones, from Astoria to the Financial District, each with its own crowd, rents and appetite. Lease or buy from a market that changes every week.
Deliver it your way
List on three delivery apps and pay their cut, or hire your own riders and build your own ordering app. Choose how far you deliver and what goes on the menu.
Watch the numbers
Food cost, wages, rent, energy, loans, mortgages and tax. Ride the ingredient market, lock in prices, and borrow from a bank that lends on your track record.
Beat the rivals
Independents fight for the same customers and rival chains expand while you do. Run campaigns, launch a loyalty card, and survive hygiene inspections and customer incidents.
Build an empire

About Pizza Director

You start with a budget and three units to let in Astoria, Queens. Pick one, fire up the oven, and everything after that you build.

Pizza Director is turn-based. Every turn is one week: read the weekly report, see which kitchens turned customers away and why, make your moves, then end the week. There are no timers and no energy bars, so take as long as you like over a decision.

Run slice counters and neighbourhood pizzerias with table service, set the menu and the prices, choose your cheese and flour, and staff every kitchen. When the chain gets big, franchise your name in districts you don't trade in, sponsor a youth side or a stadium, and send your best pizzaiolo to the Golden Paddle Championship.

New York is free to play for as long as you like. Naples, Chicago, London, Rome, Tokyo and São Paulo are optional purchases, each with its own map, calendar, currency, rivals and rules. The Maestro Pack adds signature pizzerias, maestro pizzaioli, sommeliers and the Golden Peel food guide. The Fit-Out Permit lets you design restaurants from bare shells, build a central commissary and bid for stadium and airport concessions.

No ads, no tracking, no timers. New York is free, and every purchase is optional and one-time.

Pizza Director FAQ

Is Pizza Director free?

Yes. Pizza Director is free to download, and New York plays in full with every core part of the game. Optional one-time purchases add six more cities (Naples, Chicago, London, Rome, Tokyo and São Paulo), the Maestro Pack and the Fit-Out Permit. The Complete Bundle includes all of them, plus any city added later.

Does Pizza Director have ads?

No. There are no ads of any kind, no subscriptions, no energy timers and no watching videos for rewards.

Is it real time or turn-based?

Turn-based. Each turn is one week, and nothing happens until you end it, so you can put the game down at any point.

Can I play Pizza Director offline?

Yes. The game plays fully offline. Purchases go through the App Store.

When is it out, and which devices does it run on?

Pizza Director is coming soon to iPhone and will need iOS 26 or later.

Are the pizzerias and chains real?

No. The cities and districts are real places, but every pizzeria, rival chain, delivery app and food guide in the game is invented.

What data does the game collect?

None. Pizza Director has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your saves stay on your phone, with up to eight chains at a time. The privacy policy has the details.
